Wedding Cupcake Tower

I've always found wedding cupcakes just too adorable! When I was asked to make one I was two things:

Excited & SCARED!!!

I mean come on people, a WEDDING? Who wants the pressure of worrying you could possibly destroy someone's wedding day? And I'm NOT a professional. Yeah, it took deep breaths. But in the end it was one of THE funnest jobs I've ever. I'm so grateful to have had this opportunity to be an intregal part of someone's big day!

And in case you're wondering, these were Key Lime Cupcakes. Such a cute and fun couple!

(can't wait to see the REAL photography!)

Can you tell I'm a little excited? Not proud...just really excited!!

~Thanks Saasha & Rusty!

Caramel Cupcakes

Ok so maybe not the best pictures...but by far the BEST fall cupcake I've ever made. It was all from scratch and the frosting didn't set up like I wanted but when you make things up on your own flaws are bound to happen..

Pumpkin Spice Cupcake
Cinnamon Sweet Cheese Filling
Caramel Cream Cheese Frosting
Caramel Drizzle on top

Dora Cupcakes

Ok so my pan is totally dirty and the detail is awful because I took this at the last minute with my camera phone. At least I remembered to snap a pic!

Made these for a girl's B-Day at Kayson's daycare

Farm Animal Cupcakes

Thanks for asking me to make these Amber...hope the party was a blast!!

(Cows, Chickens, Pigs, Sheep)

Key Lime Cupcakes

A great friend of mine inspired me to make these cupcakes.
They turned out with a shortcake constistency so I have plans to come up with a super moist and creamy one!
